Terms of Service for the Customer Service Chat feature:

 

 

        1. Eligibility: By using the Customer Service Chat feature, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. 
           
        2. Use of Service: The Customer Service Chat feature is provided solely for the purpose of customer support and service. By using the feature, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not impede any third party's right to use the service, nor infringe upon their rights. 
           
        3. Personal Data: By using the Customer Service Chat feature, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 
           
        4. User Conduct: You agree not to use the Customer Service Chat feature to:

              1. Harm or threaten to harm the Company, its employees, or other users in any way;

              2. Breach or contravene any applicable laws or regulations. 

              3. Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; 

              4. Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Customer Service Chat feature or our servers or networks;

              5. Use any automated means to access the Customer Service Chat feature or collect any information from it;

              6. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;

              7. Harass, stalk, or otherwise intimidate any person or entity; or

              8. Engage in any other activity that is deemed inappropriate by the Company.



        5. Intellectual Property: The content, trademarks, and other intellectual property used in connection with the Customer Service Chat feature are the property of the Company or its licensors. You agree not to use or reproduce any of the Company's intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company. 
           
        6. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Customer Service Chat feature is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Customer Service Chat feature, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the feature. 
           
        7. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Customer Service Chat feature, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. 
           
        8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Customer Service Chat feature, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another. 
           
        9. Modifications to Terms of Service: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Customer Service Chat feature after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service. 
           
        10. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Customer Service Chat feature. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
