RETURN POLICY

Overview

This returns policy applies to all products sold by Selbourne LLC. By purchasing any products from Selbourne LLC, the customer (hereafter referred to as "the Customer") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.

 

Returns

Selbourne LLC will accept returns of any products purchased within 20 business days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Selbourne LLC will issue a refund to the Customer for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

Suppose the Customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style. In that case, Selbourne LLC will process the exchange provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the Customer must notify Selbourne LLC within 7 business days of receiving the product. Selbourne LLC will either replace the product or issue a refund, including any shipping costs incurred by the Customer.

 

Non-Returnable Products The following products are non-returnable:

 

Products that have been personalized or customized.

Products that have been used, worn, or washed.

Clearance or sale items.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, the Customer must contact Selbourne LLC's customer service department at [insert contact information]. The Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Selbourne LLC unless the return is due to a defect or damage. Selbourne LLC recommends using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as Selbourne LLC is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping.

This return policy will be governed by and construed by the laws of Barbados, and any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved in the courts of Barbados.
