TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNT/REBATES OFFER

Agreement Overview

This agreement is made between Selbourne LLC (hereafter referred to as "the Company") and any customer who receives a 10% to 20% discount on the Company's services or products (hereafter referred to as "the Customer"). By accepting the discount offer, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Eligibility

The discount offer is only available to Customers who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• • • • • • • The Customer must have purchased a Signature Embroidered Cap before or at the time of purchase of the Company's services or products.
              
              
            • The Customer must be an individual or entity who purchases Selbourne LLC's services or products for their use.
              
              
            • There is no minimum purchase amount required to be eligible for the discount offer.
              
              
            • The discount offer is not available to any Customers who are already receiving a discount on Selbourne LLC's services or products.

Discount Offer

The Company agrees to offer the Customer a 10% to 20% discount on its services or products, subject to the following conditions:

                  2. The discount offer may be terminated or suspended at any time without prior notice.
                     
                     
                  3. The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
                     
                     
                  4. The discount offer is only applicable to the original purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
                     
                     
                     

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of using the discount offer. The Customer agrees to use the discount offer at their own risk and to indemnify the Company against any claims or damages arising from the use of the discount offer.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the discount offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, the discount offer will no longer be available to any Customers, regardless of whether they have already used the offer or not.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed by the laws of Barbados, and any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Barbados.

By accepting the discount offer, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
